Total prizes $5,000 can be won for the best ScavHunt team

CHICAGO, May 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — About May 20-22, 2022 scavenger hunters will take over Windy City in a bid to win cash prizes totaling more than $5000. The winners will be announced on May 24 – National Treasure Hunt Day.

The contest is sponsored by eATLAS – a free smartphone app that offers dozens of low-cost tours and scavenger hunt adventures with multiple points of interest across Chicago and its suburbs.

Participating ScavSquads of 1-5 players can register now via May 22 on the “ChiScavHunt” link of eATLAS. All teams should review the complete list of rules and regulations before trying OutScav the 15-stop competition.

Each ScavSquad must correctly complete each requirement – as quickly as possible – to win. The winning team will have the best time and the most accurate challenges. Team scores will be adjusted based on the number of players. Individual participants can play solo for a different price.

Additional prizes will be awarded to ScavSquad Hunters who dress up in hunting gear, have the craziest ScavSquad name, have the best ScavSquad spirit, and share their experience on social media.
