CBeebies Hit Hey Duggee Announce Live Tour: Dates, Shows & Presale Ticket Info
Hit children’s show Hey Duggee hits the stage for its first live tour – and there’s a date on our patch to enjoy it. The Hippodrome Theater in Darlington will host the production as it tours the country with a date set for January 2023.
Hey Duggee will see the show visit 24 theaters across the UK with nearly 100 dates. The stage version will be adapted from the hit TV series, an animated CBeebies show aimed at preschoolers that burst onto the small screen in 2014 and won six Baftas and an international Emmy.
Fans will know that the TV series is based on The Squirrel Club which has adventures and earns badges, narrated by Alexander Armstrong. The live show will see Duggee, The Squirrels and their friends come to life through puppets and storytelling in a fun and inclusive performance that promises to be filled with laughter, song and dance for young fans.

The first of the ticket presales is due to start on Wednesday and a general sale will follow on Friday, July 1. Concert promoters Cuffe and Taylor, also behind big names at the Scarborough Open Air Theater among others, work with the BBC. Studios and Kenny Wax to create the stage show.

The live tour begins in December 2022, with performances scheduled at Darlington Racecourse from Friday, January 20 through Sunday, January 22, 2023. Presales begin Wednesday, June 29 at 10 a.m. and tickets go on sale Friday, July 1. at 10 a.m., information here and here.
